Daddy bought this particular type of lobster tt i have never seen before called the praying mantis lobster? looks quite scary! dun see this lobster small small..it 'kiaped' daddy's hand :(

Tanjong Pinang 19&20 Sept 09
Just got back from short trip to tanjong pinang...wasnt too bad but chose a wrong time to go there ba..turns out that during hari raya, all the shops will have to close for the holidays..so in the end, nth much to walk also..
Massage was cheap and good though! enjoyed alot and it helps that the person massaging is friendly and nice :D haha

it was raining the whole day..drizzle, stop, drizzle, stop then suddenly rained super heavily! quite fun actually, to walk at the flooded walkways and cutting through people's houses! i heard from daddy, if we are 'lucky', in kampong areas when it is so heavily flooded, human waste might just be floating all around the place! i'm glad we did not have tt luck!
Taking a boat ride to one of the island to go pray at temple. picture taken before we set off. note: it was still raining and the water was rather choppy! pay particular to mummy's face..still smiling now :)
After the boat set sail..ahahaha..mama was super scared la! cuz the boat kept shaking and mama held on so tightly on my shoulder!
Dinner at a local stall..wanton mee was good! very different from what we have in singapore..i think it costs S$1.10 per bowl? cheap cheap!

hmmm nth much to do already, there's a limit to how many times u can walk arnd the same market when all shops are closed!..hahaha..went back to the hotel to bathe and watched some tv..loves the tv channels there! i think they have every single channel around the world! watched Mr Bean!!the episode where he became hairdresser and when he went to the carnival! haha...
so tt marks the end of my trip..due to the rain, we were greatly inconvenienced..but it also made it more fun as walking arnd backyards was really quite cool! haha. alright, very tired liao..off to bed!
